We’re excited to witness the imaginative ways students envision the future in this year’s Doodle for Google contest. We encourage students to dream big and express their visions through art, where every idea, big or small, is welcome. Here’s how you can participate:
- Get the Entry Form
Download or print the official entry form to start your submission. - Create Your Doodle
Use any materials to craft your Doodle. Whether it’s crayons, clay, or virtual reality, all mediums are accepted. This year, digital formats like stop-motion videos, songs, and poems are also welcomed. Important Note: For audio or video submissions, students must be at least 13 years old. Ensure privacy is respected, meaning no other people should appear, and avoid filming private spaces like your home or location. - Write Your Artist’s Statement
Describe your Doodle and share how it reflects your vision for the next 25 years. Complete the required details and have a parent or guardian sign it. - Submit Your Entry
Submit your Doodle online (recommended) or by mail:- Doodle on Entry Form: Upload your Doodle (as JPG or PNG) directly on the site or send it by mail.
- Other Doodles: If not on the entry form, upload a high-quality photo or scan of your Doodle.
- For Videos or Digital Files: Upload to Google Drive, share with d4g2024judges@google.com, include a thumbnail image, and list the Google Drive link on your submission form.
Entries will be evaluated based on:
- Artistic Merit: The level of skill and technique displayed.
- Creativity: How effectively the theme is interpreted and the Google logo incorporated.
- Theme Communication: How well the Doodle and the written statement convey the contest’s theme.
